Blue Culture in Action
As a mortgage lender who works exclusively with brokers, the relationships we create are integral to our business. For our Blue Culture @ Work series, we interviewed employees who engage directly with brokers to better understand how we best serve our brokers and, in turn, deliver on our promises to homeowners.
From underwriters to broker relationship managers, our employees embody Blue Culture in everything they do and bring a human touch to how we deliver. Communication, consistency, collaboration – these were just some of the key components that our employees focus on to ensure our brokers feel valued with each interaction.

Blue Culture @ Work
At the core, Blue Culture is based on three principles: Consistency, Connection, and Respect.

We Serve People
We believe the value we create, goes beyond a mortgage. It’s about the stories, of how we connect to what really matters.

Behind Every Mortgage, There are People
The ones who are consistently there, with the answer when you need them most. Someone to rely on and to get things done.

First Impressions Matter
It’s why we give our brokers, and homeowners, everything we can. Great products, clear underwriting processes, and a can-do attitude, means no surprises.

More than Just Business, It’s Personal
Helping Canadians achieve their homeownership goals – and helping brokers support their clients – is what truly matters to us at MCAP.
