In 2021, 4 quarterly prizes were up for grabs, each designed to give homeowners a meaningful financial boost. It’s easy to participate – once registered for the program, homeowners can collect a monthly ballot by completing an activity. There are also ways to earn extra ballots to increase the chance of winning!

“I was stunned when I was notified. I have been entering the monthly sweepstakes since we started with MCAP.”
We recently had the chance to catch up with Bill from Ontario, who was the recipient of our Property Tax for a Year grand prize. An MCAP homeowner for the last two years, Bill has been diligently entering the monthly sweepstakes from the beginning. “I have been entering the monthly sweepstakes since we started with MCAP,” he explains. “I always thought it would be nice to win a VISA gift card or something like that. I was very surprised and pleased with the grand prize win.”
A Big Deal
When asked what winning property tax payments for a year mean to him, Bill said “It’s a big deal. Property taxes are a big amount of our budget each month, so not having to set money aside for that purpose is a nice feeling.” He plans to continue saving the property tax amount each month and use it to make an additional mortgage payment this year. “We also plan on using some for a family vacation,” he says.
While Bill was thrilled with his grand prize win, he’s equally happy with the day-to-day benefits that come with partnering with MCAP for his mortgage. “It’s so easy to keep track of our mortgage information online,” he says, also enjoying “the flexible product options and great communication.”
