You can renew your mortgage within 90 days1 of your renewal date (commonly referred to as your maturity date).

Here’s how:
- We will send you a renewal notice through MyMCAP or by mail
- Select a mortgage product or term for your renewal
- Sign the documents (there’s only 2!) and return by email or fax (1-800-922-0220)
- MCAP will update your mortgage and send a confirmation
