Neischa Bazzey has been leading the Business Technology Group at MCAP for the last four years, rounding out over a decade at the organization. In her current position, she manages a diverse and strategic portfolio of responsibilities. She leads the Investor Servicing, Quality Control, and Audit teams within the Commercial Mortgages team, and oversees the operations of the Business Technology Group for both the Commercial Mortgages and Development Finance units.

Having grown up in development finance and enriched his expertise with executive experiences, Michael is considered a true subject matter expert and leader in construction financing.
